The Mango Tree, Five bedroom villa is a new villa set in South Gulf Cove which is the adjoining area to Rotonda, with plenty of opportunity to see Florida's wonderful wildlife with a lovely south west facing pool and spa.

This villa will sleep 10 people in comfort and luxury.

Two luxurious master bedrooms  televisions, queen size beds, luxury en-suite with whirl pool bath, walk-in shower, twin vanity units and patio door access through to the pool and Lanai.

3rd and 4th bedroom are twin bedrooms sharing the third bathroom.

5th Bedroom is a double bedded room with easy access to the fourth pool shower room.

Dinette and Formal dinning areas.

Lounge with stylish comfortable furniture, looking out to the pool and lanai through large sliding doors that open out to the pool and lanai area.

4 bathrooms of which two are en-suite to the two master bedrooms.

25ft  solar heated outdoor pool and spa with the option of electric heated spa at a small additional fee, spacious pool deck with patio furniture, sun loungers ,child safety guard around the pool.

The nearest Gulf beaches are approximately 10 minutes away. There are over twenty  Golf courses within 20 miles and the nearest only 5 minutes away,  there are also food shops, and restaurants locally.

 It's close to Florida’s many fabulous tourist attractions and airports, but far enough away to offer a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle

spacious open plan kitchen, well equipped with all the equipment you need, dish washer, fridge- freezer, microwave, and oven, separate utility room with washer and dryer.

Formal dining room and spacious lounge, all bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Our local professional maintenance company will look after you during your stay.
