There are 3/4 bedrooms, a den with 2 single pull out sofa beds 2 bathrooms and a  25ft x 13 ft heated outdoor pool with child safety guard, and pool cage and charcoal BBQ available.

 Sunny south west facing pool with stunning canal views, within easy reach of  beautiful beaches, intracoastal waterway, fishing and boating facilities, excellent restaurants and shopping.

Patio furniture and sun loungers, the villa is air conditioned with additonal ceiling fans in every room, the kitchen is well equipped with fridge- freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cooker. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, separate utility room with washer and dryer, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a double size bed, the third bedroom is a twin room. and the den has 2 single sofa beds,  1 Television,  DVD & CD player,
