The villa is set in a quiet, relaxing location, overlooking a canal, with an abundance of wildlife, particularly birds. There are many nearby state parks and nature trails to explore. The area boasts numerous beautiful white sandy beaches as well as a wide choice of golf courses, intra-coastal waterways and excellent fishing and boating facilities. There are a number of excellent restaurants, and supermarkets within easy reach, and of course, plenty of shopping opportunities. Florida’s tourist attractions are also well within travelling distance with Busch Gardens theme park less than 2 hours away and the Orlando theme parks less than 3.
