There is also plenty of golf courses to choose from in the area  the nearest only 5 minutes away, and excellent fishing all along the coast, why not hire a boat and explore the islands around Rotonda and take a trip to Cabbage Keys, only accessible by boat.

Within a few minutes drive you can enjoy the best of Floridian dining too. Customer favourites include the casual dining of "The Fishery" which is just along the road at Placida  and offer  an excellent  selection of dishes including mouth watering fish dishes, there is a wealth of restaurants to choose from in the area.
